Why I Set This Page Up!
This page was set up for my 88 years young mum Marjorie, to help her out by sharing her Friends Referral Code. Using her referral code, Octopus Energy will split £100 between my Mum and you! That's £50 in your new account, and £50 in my Mums!
Like many, she gets a small state pension and a little pension from working part time in a college in the 70s/80s. She is one of the pensioners losing her winter fuel payments which helped her a lot over the winter cold months. She lives on the outskirts of the Pennines, which gets very cold in the winter. It's not that warm in the summer to be honest.
She feels the cold more than younger people, and needs the heating a little hotter when she puts it on. (We'll all be there one day!)

Why The Change To Octopus Energy?
After problems with her supplier EDF Energy (No bills for months and months?) I asked her if she would like to change supplier, she said yes!
I've always looked after my Mums online energy account, as she just can't get her head around computers, or mobile phones.
